The room was clean, the facilities were adequate, and the price was reasonable. The staff were friendly and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out.
The area near the train station felt very unsafe, especially in the evening, and this significantly affected our overall experience. Apart from that, the accommodation was fine but nothing particularly memorable.

Great clean room in front of both railway and bus stations. We had every needed facility in the room. Also breakfast was amazing, hot croissants, yogurt and other snacks. Host is also very helpful and nice.

It was clean and very comfortable and the lady let us drop off our luggage early on our arrival day and collect it the day we left in the late afternoon after hiking Mountain Etna.
It wasn’t easy to find as the sign is very small !

Location to train station was good
Gabriella was a gracious and helpful host
Coffee/tea and snacks were available at all times
Was close to bus station and therefore was noisy
