La struttura è in una posizione strategica, permette di essere in pochi minuti nella piazza del duomo senza però essere all'interno della zona della movida. Attraverso una scaletta si accede al terrazzino comune molto caratteristico dove si può ammirare l'Etna e i tetti della città, con panorami davvero suggestivi. La stanza è stata rinnovata recentemente ed è funzionale.
Il montacarichi che porta al 4 piano è molto lento e purtroppo durante il soggiorno le scale erano non accessibili per ristrutturazione. Per qualcuno la stanza con le sole 2 finestrelle in alto può dare senso di claustrofobia.

Un logement de charme tres bien situé, havre de paix au cœur de la vieille ville, avec une vue à couper le souffle depuis la terrasse, les propriétaires sont très accueillants, on se sent vite chez soi à Catane depuis ce lieu.
