This was supposed to be just a one night sleep on the way from airport to another location but when we arrived to the hotel, I was impressed. Beautiful house, full of history, with lots of antique furniture and the vibe of the historical mansion. Very big bathroom with windows. I also enjoyed the garden a lot - very well taken care of, with plenty of quiet places to have a snack or read the book. We slept with the open window and the birds singing in the garden. Also plenty of parking space if you come by car. For me totally great value for the money.

The owners were charming helpful and kind . The garden was very pretty . Though on a busier road than I expected it was quiet at night . Breakfast was lovely
The room was very cluttered and tired . Noisy people above us disrupted sleep. The interior wasn’t what I expected from a house with such pretty exterior. But it was adequate and the kindness of the owners compensated .

The experience of staying in a small chateau and the ability to sit in the lovely garden.
Our room on the top floor was spacious and had a modern en suite bathroom.
Usual continental breakfast plus a choice of eggs.
Free secure parking on site.
The stairs up to the top floor could be an issue for some, particularly if carrying a heavy suitcase.
