What I liked most was the location, the breakfast, and the hotel staff, who were generally friendly and helpful.
Overall, it's a decent hotel, with the added benefit of having a swimming pool and relatively good food, though there were some exceptions. I believe more attention should be given to guests staying at the hotel, not just to those attending events.
That’s my honest opinion. Thank you for hosting us.
However, I was disappointed with the evening atmosphere in the restaurant and the staff who served us during dinner. The food was average and lacked anything memorable.
Regarding the room, the hotel urgently needs to address the mold issue on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. It's unacceptable to sleep in a room where mold is present in the bathroom.
