We like the hotel, staff, but we did not see a lot of garbage container inside the room, We were watching TV then the signal turn it off. VERY BAD SIGNAL

The villa was huge and arquitecture and decoration really pretty. Breakfast was fair.
Nees maintenance, there were cucarachas at our door. Ants i. The living room. There is not coffee kit. There is not room service.

The rooms are clean, big and pretty.
The staff are very nice. The breakfast was delicious and the waitress great.
The pool was very cold and slippery like it was dirty at the bottom.
The playground was falling down, very old and dangerous for the kids, the walls need paint.
The staff were nice but they couldn’t do anything about the cold pool.
