Location is quiet and away from bustling center of town. Accommodations are clean and comfortable. Hosts communicate daily to ensure I have what I need. It is a wonderful family-owned business. The owners take pride in their establishment, and it shows. I feel welcome and valued as a guest at Casa Axixic.

La atención del personal fue muy atenta en todo momento, el cuarto estaba muy limpio y cómodo, tiene un restaurante muy rico en la planta baja y en la mañana incluye el desayuno (aunque esta vez no lo alcancé).
La habitación no tenía ventilación al exterior, pero aparte de eso es muy cómoda y sí me volveré a hospedar aquí cuando regrese a Ajijic.

Es un lugar muy confortable!!!
Lo mejor de todo, es atendido por la familia, y están muy al pendiente de lo que ocupemos, la comida deliciosa!!!

Nothing notable about the rooms.
Las habitaciones no tienen nada de destacable.
The entry was several doors down from the posted address; entrance through a garage.
Stairs are frequent and steep, even within the room (from bed to bath, terrace).
Staff was unavailable by phone and WhatApp on the entire day prior to check-in
The staff neglected to mention until after our arrival that they had booked a group food and beverage event
Noise from the property's restaurant did not end until 10 PM; street noise continued for hours after

Las escaleras son frecuentes y empinadas, incluso dentro de la habitación (desde la cama al baño y la terraza).
El personal no estuvo disponible por teléfono ni WhatsApp durante todo el día anterior a nuestra llegada.
El personal no mencionó hasta después de nuestra llegada que habían reservado un evento grupal con comida y bebida.
El ruido del restaurante del hotel no cesó hasta las 10 de la noche; el ruido de la calle continuó durante horas después.
