Location, cleanliness, restaurant - food was delicious , parking.
We did not get the room as indicated when booking. We found out upon arriving that we got attic room, very, very hot with just a small ventilator. There was strong smell from kitchen on our floor , also in the room. When we opened the window there was strong and annoying sound of probably ventilation from the kitchen that didn’t stop until 23.00 hours. So we had to choose between smell and heat or noise.
Our room was in between the floors so we had to use the stairs- which was another problem for my husband who has problems walking. This was not indicated in the hotel information.
All the staff at the restaurant was nice and kind , but the young lady at reception could get some education how to treat guests.
The hotel is nice and we would come back but definitely not in summer- because you can not sleep in this hot weather ( in room was 36 degrees when we entered. Also small hotels in Germany will have to adapt to more and more hot summers and provide the air conditioning in the rooms.

I like the room & toilet. Very clean.
The bed is very soft. Had a backache after 2 nights because the middle of bed slouched totally. Also, the reception didn't bother to tell us the charges for breakfast n simply said where breakfast will be almost like it was included in the room rates. That's rather misleading.

"Beautiful little hotel next to the Rose Garten. The breakfast was very nice and the llocation was great. Easy to park and walk everywhere. Recommend the beer garden a very short walk from the hotel."
