Loved the check in process clean room excellent breakfast basket in the room we wasn’t expecting it but very much appreciated
The room was very small and quite dated in comparison to another room we had last time

+ basket of ‘breakfast’ food
+ drinks etc in fridge
+ standard of rooms and furnishings
+ comfortable lounge for relaxing together
+ ease of access / ‘check-in’
- shower completely stopped THREE times whilst trying to wash / rinse - and then started again without warning at a different temperature! 🥶🥶🥶

It’s location
Bed was quite uncomfortable and the pillows were really basic so we both woke up quite achey. Tv stopped working on Saturday afternoon, the cleaner on duty couldn’t sort it but said he’d reported it, no one came to sort it out. Cleaner brought us a radio to replace the one in our room that didn’t work but the replacement radio didn’t work either, so that was all quite disappointing
