Great location. Easy walking to pubs .. amazing breakfast. Lovely hosts without being in your face. Live their check in procedure - a simple letter advising location of rooms etc. complimentary sweeties and sherry - big plus
Would love a dimmer in the bathroom as when someone got up at night the light from bathroom was very bright. (Room 2)

location and owner were lovely and helpful
Parking is not available for 4x4 cars which needs to state. Had to park on an estate with a škoda kodiak. Therefore would not be ideal for those who have mobility issues as had to walk 10 mins with baggage from parked car.
