About this cottage rental
Situated in Grassington, this charming cottage for $158 per night is a great option for your next trip. Superb stone-built cottage at the heart of Grassington. Completely renovated to an exceptionally high standard in 2017 providing well-equipped, cosy accommodation, lovely garden and private parking. Our well appointed cottage is Tucked Away in the heart of Grassington village, just off the bustling main street but seconds away from the picturesque cobbled square. Finished to a high standard throughout, this cottage offers comfortable, well-equipped accommodation for up to four people and utilises a combination of modern furnishings and original features. There is central heating throughout and wi-fi. The sitting room boasts exposed beams, wooden flooring and a multi-fuel stove. Bedroom 1 features a handmade kingsize sleigh bed and Bedroom 2 offers the option of two single beds or a super kingsize bed. There is an upstairs bathroom with a shower, toilet and handbasin. Downstairs there is cloakroom with a toilet and hand basin. The lovely garden provides an excellent spot for al fresco dining and private parking is located right outside the cottage. Amenities: Gas central heating and multi-fuel stove. Electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, smart TV and wi-fi, washing machine. A freezer is available if needed - located in the outbuilding. Bed linen and towels provided. Private parking for 2 cars. Enclosed garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, cafes and pubs 1 min walk. Please note that access into Brown Fold is narrow and is unsuitable for any vehicles wider than a transit van.

The property is absolutely really well positioned for all the amenities of Grassington,and walking straight from it.
The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a lovely stay.

A lovely, and actually quite spacious cottage, very nicely furnished, with a good sized dining kitchen, we had everything we needed for our stay, the parking for 2 cars was great, and being a minutes walk from everything was brilliant, and the bonus of a garden, which in summer, would be lovely, we had a decorated Christmas tree with lights, and garland round fireplace, which looked wonderful, especially when the log burner was lit. We had a great stay, and would like to visit again

The property was wonderful just needed a few more pots and cutlery so we didnt have to use dishwasher after each meal parking ok but if a lot of cars parked on the side you had to reverse out and it’s rather narrow. Lovely furnishings and it was warm. Thank you

Perfect central location to pop into Grassington that had everything we needed, food shopping, cafes, pubs and even a great little theatre (watched Brassed Off, fab!). Cottage was clean and very minimal but did have everything that was needed. Large bed with fresh bedding, easy log burner and heating controls. TV reception was the only small negative on a couple of nights - but we hardly use it so not a major problem for us. Overall a great stay.

The cottage is very well located and benefits from onsite parking. The owner was very nice and communicative but the description of the property could be better and so could the facilities considering the price. For instance it is a cottage for four people but only has a two seater sofa and an armchair in the lounge so really only suitable for three people in comfort. Plenty of cobwebs around in the lounge and downstairs loo (which was a bonus as it was not mentioned in the listing) however neither the loo or bathroom door shut properly. There is no freezer which we knew from the listing but I was surprised that there was not even an ice box in the fridge so no ice for drinks! No manual for the cooker so had to Google that up. The bathroom has no shelves to put things on, four people would struggle and no loo brush and no hooks on any doors for dressing gowns. I did ask if towels were provided, and they were, but we only had the minimum four bath and four hand towels, so no towel for the kitchen or downstairs loo! I could go on but won't because the cottage is nice but not enough attention to details which makes it very over priced in my view.

Property was spot on. Clean with everything you'll need for a stay. Location could not be better. Just tucked away off the main street with all the pubs, restaurant and shops 2 mins away. Bonus off having parking outside too.

Stayed 4 nights July 2023 3 adults, lovely cottage, enjoyed the little garden for eating out when the weather was ok. Handy convenience store a few metres from the cottage good choice. Great local walk 5mins from cottage- Linton Falls and stepping stones. Malham Cove only 15 min drive also Skipton nr by. Would stay again.

Tucked Away Cottage is in a great location for easy access to walks, shops and restaurants. The cottage was beautiful inside and out and very well maintained. The parking outside of the door was convenient. We are glad we picked this property for our week in Grassington.

Overall this is a lovely, modern, well equipped, comfortable and warm cottage. It’s location is a great base for exploring the Dales and also as the name suggests, tucked away but in the heart of a really great village.

We had an excellent week in Grassington. The cottage is very well located just off the main street in Grassington yet it was surprisingly quiet when sitting on the garden. It has a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds - thoroughly recommended!
