It is as advertised bang in the middle of town less than 100yrds to the town centre.

It was a fantastic property in a fabulous location. Tastefully decorated with all the facilities and equipment needed. It was a very comfortable bed.
The 2 flights of stairs were steep and our large elderly dog struggled to get up and down them. There were no blinds on the bedroom velux windows.

The location of the property was brilliant and it also had a parking space. The beds were really comfy and lovely clean bedding and towels

We loved our stay at Fern House! The beds were comfortable, the location was SUPERB, it was quaint, cozy and a beautiful accommodation for our stay in The Dales. The kitchen was well equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, a small milk was left for us in the fridge upon arrival. Great shower, good lighting, suggestions for local walks and pubs- it was perfect for our family of four.
Steep stairs but we were all fine. We found the layout charming however older persons and very young children may have problems.
