It was close to where we had to go

The staff were really lovely. Extremely friendly and helpful. The room was small but very neat and clean. We also ate at the attached restaurant and had a really great, delicious meal.
We were in room 1 and the only complaint and the only reason why I didnt give it full marks is when the water pipes from our room or next door were used. They made a horrendous shuddering noise every time which was extremely loud and it vibrated throughout our room, lasting for a few minutes each time. We didn't care too much about it really until we were woken up suddenly extra early from the sound.

Convenient stopover on way to the Great Ocean Road. Friendly staff. Good value.
Room access from parking lot inconvenient, especially when the bar was closed. Small room. No lift to rooms.
