Room upgrade for free, clean and comfortable accommodation, great reception, beautiful beach, amazing staff - always with smile & hakuna matata :)

Higher prices in bar&restaurant in comparison to other resorts - even though both food and beverages is great.

overall had a good time in Zanzibar. The pool is amazing, good warm temperatures.

close to most activities. place is clean pool and property clean. very nice to relax and rest

in room 6 particularly where we were the air conditioning was low especially when it gets hot, humid and steamy. the lights were flickering a lot. so stay away from room 6.

Nice stay in front of great beach.

The bungalow was a beach front one, so we had great view on the ocean. Staff were nice and helpful. The venue was clean and maintained. The beach was pretty nice, wide with nice sandy entrance to the water.

The air condition was smelling like fungus, so we did not use it. Also the room was pretty dark. Due to the fact there was a lot of local people trying to sell their services on the beach, (some were not so friendly when you declined their offers) and no guards and fence we were not feeling comfortable to leave balcony wide open, during the night.

Perfect Honeymoon location

We spent our honeymoon here, and we loved it! The hotel is beautiful, the staff was super friendly and easy to communicate with. They spoke German and English as well. Whenever we had a question they were super supportive. I needed some medicine during my stay, and they got a car for me to take me to the pharmacy, and checked on me every day how I was doing. The room was super comfortable and with a beautiful view.

Pleasant

Facilities were excellent.

During low tide the ocean pulls back a long distance. The beach is very dirty. This is not the fault of the management of the resort, but was a put off for me.

Unforgettable holiday

The resort exceeded our expectations in all aspects. It is beautifully decorated, but still adapted to natural growth, clean and spacious, very safe, in the local style, nothing kitschy, every detail had its purpose. The guests had a lot of private space. The food was great, lots of variety at breakfast, as well as dinner. Rooms are spacious, air conditioned. In fact, in this resort you can’t go wrong with choosing any room, because they are all great. But if you have the option, choose a beachfront bungalow. Thanks to the staff for making our holiday unforgettable. Hope to see you soon again. Tip for whole Zanzibar - If you have cash with you, make sure the banknotes are not older than 2006.

Paradise on planet Earth, hidden gem. There is nothing what could be done better. Cosy, modern and clean rooms. Breakfast of your choice served in an amazing outdoor restaurant included in the rate. 5 star quality of hospitality. Professional and friendly personnel.

A bit pricy but you definitely get what you pay for, no regrets. If you look for tranquility, if you want to feel relaxed in every single matter, if you seek for maximum safety ensured by local Maasai guards this is your best choice. Sometimes it is a bit windy but it keeps you cool on the other hand.

It was clean, the view was beautifull! The service and overall experience was perfect

There is only 1 restaurant in the neighborhood. If you come here to relax at the beach and have dinner in the resort than it’s perfect. But if you like going out, have different restaurants everyday than that is not a good location

Would highly recommend this resort as a very nice place to stay.

The entire staff was very attentive and eager to please us. The honeymoon suite was very nice and we enjoyed our private pool. Beautiful views and the food was delicious.

Just outside the hotel property on the beach, the local vendors can be very pushy but it is understandable as times have been hard on all those affected by the decline in tourism in the world.

Beautiful property and very kind people who work here. I loved how there were multiple swimming pools and the beautiful beach was right next to it with beautiful seats always available. Great service and kind owner
