The rooms were exceptional and large and exceeded our expectations. The customer service was very good and the staff were always on hand to help. The app and schedules were really good and well organised, giving guests options to join in what they wanted and to engage in activities by yourself if you wished.
There wasn’t massive variety for kids at the restaurant, and child minders in the kids area would have helped a lot. The crows at meal times can be an irritation

I stayed here in this beautiful resort with my wife and we really love it, it is beautiful place to stay, staff was very kind and helpful and the food was amazing everything was made fresh and so tasty.

It was on a great portion of the beach with beautiful water. The property itself was beautiful and well designed. All the activities and amenities were great. The food was delicious every day with lots of options. Pool and bar areas were also great creating a good ambiance. The beach area was clean with plenty of sunbeds and shade. Oh and did I mention the beautiful water??
Some of the rooms are quite far from the restaurant/beach and bar area but even then it was a good walk to digest the food after a meal! Besides that, all the trips and taxi transfers provided by the hotel are unnecessarily expensive, up to twice as much as if you were to book it yourself (which we ended up doing)

The food was the highlight plus the entertainment at night
The facility is very old, the beach is not clean, and the service is not of a 5 stars hotel, I would rank it 3 stars or at best 4 stars mostly because of the quality of food
