Great location, staff were friendly & helpful, plenty of room inside & out.
Great outside play area for children.
Comfortable bed
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again when visiting relatives.
Inside the shower there was not a shelf for shower gel & shampoo which made the little bottles difficult to manage & use, I had to bend down to the floor to reach them.
It would have been nice to have a choice of egg with breakfast, only fried available

The beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate. The shower in our room broke but was fixed very quickly. All staff that we had dealings with were very friendly.
Every thing met our expectations and there was nothing any of my party disliked.

Good location for centre of Woodhall Spa.
Lady on reception on Saturday and Sunday was very friendly.
Avoid second floor rooms. We were told by receptionist on checking in that there were just a few stairs after getting lift to first floor, there were in fact 16.
Given the very warm weather the room was unbearably hot so avoid second floor in very hot weather. We had relatives staying on first floor and it was not as bad.
Receptionist on Friday evening check in was not welcoming or friendly, did not smile once. A friendly welcome is important in a hotel.
Breakfast was ok but strict on times. Arrived at 9.30 on second day ( breakfast served till 9.30) but when I asked for some scrambled egg at 9.35 was told chef would ‘ not do anymore cooking now ‘. !
Mattress on bed in room 25 was lumpy and needs replacing.
