The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. We booked our Bromo and Tumpak Sewu tour through the hotel and they organised everything. They also helped me when I left my belongings in the jeep at the sunset tour and organised to get it back within the day. Raushan, the duty manager was amazing and so helpful. The breakfast was amazing with so many options. The room was very clean and the beds were really comfortable! The gym is well equipped and the pool was clean and fresh. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

I really loved the beautiful pool area and the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the great service and the warm hospitality.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. I was apparently "guest of the day". The entire staff knocked on our door with a beer and some cake as a token of thanks. It was a nice gesture. The location was great as it was across from a really great cafe.
I had requested extra towels. They went out of their way to tell me when I checked 8n that it wasn't a problem and the towels were in my room. They weren't. I asked again and they brought them promptly. Also, one of the cleaning staff left a dirty cloth in the room from the previous clean. The lack of little details were disappointing.
Also when we checked in we were starving as we got in late that evening. The restaurant was closed as they were hosting sporting teams for a volleyball tournament. Disappointing.
