The hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with a large bathroom and great air conditioning. I especially loved the entrance, with the beautiful wooden floor and water underneath, with koi fish swimming below — such a charming detail!
The hotel is also very peaceful, located on a quiet, elegant street surrounded by lots of greenery. The main street with restaurants is also easily reachable with about a 20-minute walk.
The staff were extremely kind and helpful, available 24/7 to assist with all my requests, from helping me find a driver for excursions to arranging the laundry service.
Overall, a wonderful stay and definitely a place I would recommend!
more hooks or towel racks would be helpful

Location! Wonderful staff, calm, clean and comfortable space. This place was so good we booked 2 extra nights. (We usually stay somewhere 2 nights before committing to more as we have had some dodgy ones in our travels). No brainer for cozy, it lives up to its name. Also it's in a very quiet street, nice leafy neighbourhood, close to eats and shops, (couldn't hear any early morning mosque noises either).
Bed was hard for my liking, needed mattress topper. Sleeping on top of doona helped somewhat.
