The location was in a busy industrial area. The reception area for check-in was not clearly identified. The room itself was clean and tidy.

The place was clean and warm, good location for us and enjoyed the bar down stairs
only thing i didnt like was that the bed was soo uncomfortable and hard also wished the windows were a little bigger to bring in more natural light

It was very private and very well maintained facilities. The rooms had mini printed instructions to let you know where the laundry room and kitchen were , the wifi password etc
I loved also how the conscience stores are right outside , plus a bar and eatery downstairs. Housekeeping was very discreet and made sure we had extra supplies of everything . Uber eats was able to deliver food easily too .

An affordable spot to visit both the coast (penguins) and Lake Tekapo. No frills, but overall as expected. In a commercial area, but that gave easy access in and out. Wonderful bakery across the street.
A bit loud at times. Place was filled with construction workers on the job, so they were up and out very early.
