The room was big and nice and the staff was lovely.
There was a lot of humidity and a very strong smell. I could barely breathe. The WiFi connection was also not great

It’s a great hotel…even surprisingly so given that Buenaventura is not such a great place.
The front street is severely damaged.

The maids and the girl from the restaurant/bar were amazing! the rooms were pretty cozy too.
When I arrived to the hotel I was told I could grab some. breakfasts. Mom grabbed some cold eggs (as the buffet was pretty much over) 2 slices of cold bread, some fruit and coffee. I grabbed a bit of the leftover eggs, some juice, and 2 slices of whole wheat bread.
The bread was terrible, the eggs tasted awful as they were the leftovers from the morning. Well it turns out u could have ordered fresh warm breakfast from the menu… didn’t know that and I was never told that until the day I left. I was charged for 2 full buffet breakfast… like for real? I just paid cause I didn’t wanna argue with anyone.
Also the menu is pretty Poor… you can find better dishes 1 block from there and they’re cheaper too.
