Our room had an absolutely stunning river view, with the beautiful village and majestic mountains stretching out before us. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly special. We enjoyed watching the moon at night and the spectacular sunrise right from our room. The landscape was simply unforgettable — one of the most beautiful views I have ever experienced in my life. It made our stay truly memorable.
Very cosy and chic atmosphere.
We had dinner at Garden terrace with a great landscape and fresh air. The dinner was splendid and sophisticated fusion French cuisine.

Without a doubt, Maison Orsini is situated in a breathtaking position overlooking the Rhone, Mount Ventoux, and the Popes Palace. Morning sunrise from our terrace is a memory never to be erased. Folco is hardworking, affable, and very helpful and provides a full continental breakfast, too. The old building has history and is in a beautiful setting. Real old France. Villeneuve is a beautiful little town with several good cafes and restaurants.
We enjoyed a wonderful stay, and what follows are merely observations/ suggestions and did not spoil a fantastic stay. We appreciate the age of the property, but believe it is need of some basic attention and is not quite as bright and colourful as seen in the website photographs. The shower room was first class, but there was a glass window missing in an internal door, the outside light was missing, leaving just wires, the shuttered door was in danger of losing its hinges. Kitchen utensils are few and basic and some of the plates and dishes were unclean on arrival.

What a special place! We stayed in the family room and even my moody teenagers conceded this was a bit different and a bit extraordinary. Loved the steep stairs to the magical medieval set-up and that actually the air conditioning really worked on a vwry hot night. Fantastic welcome from Falco who goes the extra mile and is a consummate host.
