We have just finished a fantastic stay in Flat 1 on Floor 3 and would highly recommend it.
The apartment was lovely and very well equipped. It is set over two levels and includes two bathrooms, two beds (one being a comfortable sofa bed), and a fully fitted kitchen complete with a washing machine. Everything we needed for our stay was provided.
The little touches were especially appreciated, such as the washing-up liquid, shower gel, and other essentials that made settling in so much easier. It really felt like the hosts had thought about what guests might need.
The location was excellent for us—only around 5km from the airport and just a three-minute walk to the airport bus stop, making travel incredibly convenient.
We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bergamo.
If I were to suggest any improvements, they would be quite minor. A few extra pillows and bedding options would be useful, along with some detailed instructions for appliances such as the air conditioning and washing machine. A small welcome pack with useful local information, transport details, nearby shops and restaurants would also be a nice addition for guests arriving in the area. It would help enormously to provide a What3Words location, as the map pin was not very accurate and the street is extremely long, making the apartment difficult to locate on arrival.
The lighting in the communal stairwell could also be improved. We repeatedly found ourselves accidentally pressing our neighbours’ doorbells while trying to find the light switch, simply because the area was quite dark.

Huge apartment that was beautifully designed with a spiral staircase leading to a lounge, a further bathroom and a small terrace. Double balcony to sit and have morning coffee. Perfect location central to centre. Quiet and clean.

This was definitely in central Bergamo, in the lower city centre. It took less than five minutes to walk to the Funicular that takes you to the Upper City
The apartment was just perfect for our one night stay, and would suit longer if need be. It was clean, spacious and practical.

Well located for Bergamo centre. Apartment was spacious but a little basic. We are a family of four and while the double bed on the mezzanine floor was comfortable the sofa bed was really quite rickety and hence awkward to sleep on. We also got a traffic fine for driving up the ‘pedestrian’ road in-front of the apartments, although the sat nav took us this way and it was not obvious it would incur a fine! Maybe this should have been made clear on the write up. We were helped to access the underground car park by the neighbour, he was most friendly and helpful.
