The staff were really friendly and helpful.
The room was spacious and clean.
Grounds were perfect.
Good location for Bendota and the beach.
Id have preferred the shower to have a curtain to keep the water in the tub.
And there was no tap to fill the bath.

Das Hotel war einfach fantastisch! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das unglaublich nette und hilfsbereite Personal – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen. Der Service war aufmerksam, freundlich und immer mit einem Lächeln. Auch die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Really friendly, with a great pool. Dinesh was great helping book a river boat safari and the hotel is in a good location for some nice restaurants by the train tracks. You can cut through the Amal hotel to get to Bentota beach on foot which is much quieter than Ventura.

this hotel is the first one i have visited with no coffe or tea in the room and when we asked for coffee they asked for money for it. the place is isolated.
