Breakfast, Mini Bar and Super was great value for money and had so much variety. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and made us pre ordered meal boxes if we were not able to make breakfast times. Location was so close to the train station and stores.
Parking is limited and tight but there are car parking areas close by that are reasonably priced if the hotel parking is full.

The location was great! It was near Hualien train station. The staffs were accommodating, too. The view from our room was nice.
The bedsheets and pillows were clean but the room was pretty dirty. The bedside tables were dusty and the coffee table wasn’t cleaned well. We saw some small pieces of egg shells on the carpet. The wooden floor near the main door was pretty dusty, too. We just noticed these when we were taking our breakfast before we checked out.
