I really enjoyed my stay at Senna City Hotel. The location was very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the good value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Eskișehir.

The breakfast on day 2 of my stay was good and the cook brought an omlette, etc. The spread has a bread+egg toast, boiled egg, some warm pastry, cold meat, etc. Location is bang in the middle of a central street with views onto the river.
English is very hard to get by, but they manage somehow. I was there to attend a function, and the receptionist screwed it up by asking too many personal questions around my stay, the function, etc that everyone felt awkward. When I mentioned I was from a different continent, he was not able to express himself completely and the conversation ended weirdly. Nevertheless, they try their best to be helpful. There was a huge group with kids for breakfast the 1st day - very noisy and the breakfast area was a complete mess, and there was nothing to eat even at 9 or 8am. The salt/pepper bottles on the tables were clumsy and the nuts/bolts were coming out. The room corridors were also noisy with kids.
I asked for an ironing table and Iron to iron my clothes - both were old and rusty but I did get it after asking a couple of times. What I didn't like was that when it was finally brought, I was in the toilet and the staff entered the room !! (probably, they thought I was calling them in!?) but then they later apologized.
It stays noisy outside until late since the hotel is in a very key location.
