The hotel rooms were lovely, nice balcony too, very modern, bed was comfy enough. Spacious too
Having to pay extra for aircon, the rooms were boiling hot, i believe aircon should be included into the price and not paid for every night! Abit of a scam

The location and the rooms were spacious and cleaned every day.
Initially when we were checking in they tried to charge us extra for using the air-con as heating.No hot water in the bathroom taps, only in the shower.In one of our rooms that we booked there was no duvets and instead they gave thin sheets,when we requested duvets they said that we have ran out.Wi-Fi was not working up until our last day but this was not in there hands.Overall it was ok.

Paid for deluxe suite, definitely not luxurious. Very basicMaid service (twice in 2 weeks and then it was poor) no clean bed linen, no towel rails. no cutlery. Plates or hob on arrival. No hot water for a week, round pool dirty. Rooms thin, blamed for other people's rubbish. Asked for twin beds and got double, partner had to sleep on couch for tea weeks
