Super great hosts that told us the best trails. Also gave us a room on the top floor with a view for no extra charge since they weren’t full. Great location.

The villa went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They arranged the sunrise shuttle for us to see Alishan and even gave us recommendations to see in Fenqihu. They were able to give us very good rates, and we were so grateful for their hospitality, kindness, and assistance.

Staff helped a lot. He helped get us a drive up to Alishan for sunrise and explained how we should go around Alishan most efficiently.
They upgraded our room from 4 people to 8 people.
Location very nice, right in the middle of a bunch of stalls.
No air-conditioning
No elevator
Have to carry luggages down a few stairs before reaching to the hotel
Washroom doesnt separate dry and wet area
