Location (perfect for a stopover from Calais to Costa Brava), lovely huge old building with ample size rooms, breakfast on the large balcony! games room, peaceful house and village, friendly and helpful staff, small range of local beer/ wine for sale in the breakfast room/ balcony. Lovely gardens - is easy to see why they host so many weddings here :-)
Lots of walks and scenery to explore if we had stayed longer (we did find a nice little pizza restaurant 10 mins drive away! There were also supermarkets 15-20 mins away).
N/A - more than satisfied our requirement!
