Hot food for breakfast was very cold. No longer able to use outside pool and hot tub which is a great pity.

The location right next to the ski slopes is great.
The 1.000 euro/night rooms on the firth level are reachable via very very small stairs, hard to climb, near to impossibile with a large luggage. It felt like some decided to create a rooms in an old attic. The elevator is extremely old and bumby with buttons that barely work. The dinner experience was really bad, we did not enjoy the over priced food, and even if the pasta was impossible to eat because it was full of alcohol (grappa) we still had to one of the two portions. The beef was undercooked ( I asked for medium and it came rare). At the breakfast there was only one man handling the entire restaurant, so tables remained full of of empty plates but new guests did not find clean plates to serve de the breakfast.
