Location of the property with ski in /out.
Sauna access by appointment but actual saunas overfull . Six people is too much in small space .
Superficial cleaning of apartments . Dust thick under beds and tables . Apartment 116 ( our guests ) had terrible drain smells

Ski hire and lockers really convenient
Bakery delivery a bonus
Reception area lovely
All staff very polite and helpful
Check out very good took time to go through extras without being asked
Personally found room a little cold (optional blankets for beds in wardrobes would be a plus)
All spa facilities lovely but a little too cold

Die Lage war sehr gut
Wir hatten weder ein Stück Seife, noch Duschgel oder Shampoo! Wir haben für den Aufenthalt ca. 6000 € bezahlt! ich musste mir das Shampoo und Duschgel an der Rezeption kaufen!
Der Korb des Geschirrspülers war rostig.
