Nice and helpful staff. Loved my porch area to hang out on as my room was very hot.
My room was very hot with only a fan to help stay cool. Would get very hot in the heat of the day. The shower barely had any water coming out and was so small I couldn’t bend over in.

The location, the staff, the breakfast were great
The room was a bit dark and the bathroom/shower was very small and impractical. no separate shower/shower curtain and water would flow into the bedroom if not blocked by a towel.

Location was great. Only a few minutes away from the city centre and some of the beautiful areas
The room and facilities were extremely basic and did not really match the price. Shower was fully dysfunctional and was only dripping water
When booking tours through the hotel the personal failed to inform you about any extra costs that would apply for entering sightseeing spots, entering musea etc.
A transfer from Oaxaca to Puerto Escondido that was supposed to be carried out by a personal SUV was actually carried out by a minivan that was loaded with others (no problem, but just not what we were told).
