Excellent place for the price! May be the best deal in Oaxaca! Clean room, courteous staff and welcoming guest. A few things do need improvement: they provide a shared area with a coffee maker but the area isn't regularly cleaned and maintained; the water pressure isn't good - takes a while to take a shower.

This property was only 3-4 blocks from the historical center of Oaxaca. The room was clean room with comfortable beds and a bathroom with a shower and good storage for our 10 day stay. Our room had a 2 burner stove and a few cooking utensils; we could walk down the hall to the shared refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and bottled water. There were only 4 rooms on our floor so it was convenient and quiet. The managers were very helpful and interesting. The location was very good and the price was very reasonable for a room that met our sleeping needs.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Coco Oaxaca! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had excellent air conditioning, which made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location, only about a 10-minute walk to the Zócalo, so it was easy to explore the city on foot.
I really appreciated having a stove in the room—it was so convenient for preparing meals. The Wi-Fi worked great, and I was able to relax and watch Netflix after a day of sightseeing. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
I highly recommend Casa Coco Oaxaca to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in Oaxaca!
