The property was warm, clean, simple and all that we needed for the short stay in Reus on business.
The staff were amazing, my husband a non Spanish speaker got stuck in the elevator and the staff acted immediately and he was out within less that 20 minutes which is astounding. They checked on him all the time he was in the elevator and ensured he wasn’t distressed at all.
The tight turn into the under ground garage took a little negotiation with a big hired car, but taking my time it was sorted.

Proximity to Reus Bus Station and thus bus to the airport.
Tired, dated foyer and room decor. Loose toilet seat with chip in it. Basic shower and bath also with chipped enamel. Whole place could do with a makeover.
