What I liked the most about this guest house is the peaceful and friendly atmosphere. I’m still staying here and have already extended my stay, which says a lot about how comfortable I feel.
The location is great—close to the ghats and temples, but still quiet enough to rest after a long day exploring Varanasi. The place is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure guests feel welcome.
I also really love the beautiful rooftop, which is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view.
I’m really enjoying my time here and would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone visiting Varanasi.

Na początku zaraz po przybyciu do obiektu wszystko było miło i sympatycznie - obsługa życzliwa !
Nie podobało mi się to że zostałem poproszony o anulowanie rezerwacji dzięki czemu miałem otrzymać niższą cenę na co przystałem. W efekcie przy rozliczeniu poproszono mnie o zapłacenie kwoty wyższej niż ta którą miałem pierwotnie. Po przeanalizowaniu płatności wróciłem do recepcji zgłaszając że nie zgadza mi się ta wartość którą miałem zapłacić i że jest wyższa od pierwotnej. W rozmowie telefonicznej z kierownikiem dowiedziałem się że wszystko jest ok bo dostałem lepszy pokój z klimatyzacja. Po wymianie zdań z kierownikiem który nie poczuwał się do odpowiedzialności że chcieli mnie oszukać zakończyłem bezsensowną rozmowę informując personel na miejscu że jeśli nie zwrócą mi nadpłaty zgłoszę to do Booking. com - dopiero to podziałało i zwrócono mi nadwyżkę.
