The hotel was very nice, and the room was clean, comfortable, and air conditioned; however, guests need to be aware that there is no staff on-site.
While I understand that the restaurant can’t be open every day if it doesn’t have enough customers to make money, it would be nice if the hotel made provisions for those of us who are hiking the GR-1 by arranging to leave a bocadillo in the frig through previous arrangements. We knew about the restaurant situation so we brought some food for supper but some hikers might be caught unaware. The hotel is a 3 km walk from any other potential food so eating elsewhere isn’t realistic. Also, the ability to purchase cold beverages at an honor bar after a long day of hiking would be nice.

Petit déjeuner copieux.
C’est la première fois que je vois un Hôtel, avec une boite à clé, compliqué quand il n’y a pas de réseau pour ouvrir le lien qui donne les codes d’accès….
