Beautiful courtyard. Good location, near many restaurants with al fresco dining. Their beds are the most comfortable in all of Chile! The staff was lovely—we had an early morning departure and they made us breakfast to go.
Rooms are small, but that was expected in a historic hotel.

Felt like home away from home, so relaxing, safe and a very unique property. The decor is lovely as is the garden.
The owner of Matilda's was extremely helpful.
I appreciated that my ski luggage was stored whilst I visited Valparaiso and before heading home to Australia.
As an older but beautifully restored property it doesn't have a lift for luggage. Staff are very helpful though if you need.

It’s a gorgeous building with a lovely courtyard. It was definitely the best shower (hot!) and breakfast I had the entire time I was in Chile! The staff is all lovely and very helpful. I will be back❤️
