I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Santiago de Chile. The cleanliness was outstanding—everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my visit. The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to help with anything I needed, making the experience even more enjoyable.
One of the things I appreciated the most was how safe I felt during my stay. The environment is very secure, which gave me peace of mind whether I was inside the hotel or coming back late.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago. It offers great service, a clean atmosphere, and a strong sense of safety—definitely a 5-star experience!

Breakfast was great and staff were lovely - really helpful and keen to ensure we had a god stay. The building is beautiful and a pleasure to see, with easy access to two metro stations it's in a good location.

Casa Conde is a wonderful hotel! I stayed here for 2 weeks. I was welcomed by a wonderful and welcoming woman, Fernando. During my entire stay there was a friendly, warm and helpful attitude. The room was quiet, clean and cozy. I was looked after to the fullest. Whatever I needed, it was provided. Thank you very much for a fantastic stay. When I am in Santiago next time, I have no doubt where I will stay!
