Casa con zonas comunes compartidas y habitación privada. Nosotros nos alojamos en la habitación deluxe que tiene baño privado dentro (la otra también cuenta con un baño privado en el pasillo). Dispone de cocina con nevera. Perfecto para pasar unos días en Venecia. Bien ubicada en una zona tranquila, más alejada del centro, pero cerca de la estación de trenes y bus. Anfitriona muy amable.
La ducha de la habitación deluxe necesita reparación ya que la alcachofa está rota y no sale bien el agua. La mampara de cristal no cierra bien. La cama algo incómoda.

I loved that it was in a quiet part of Venice, easy to walk to from the bus station and Sarah the host was absolutely lovely. Everything was clean and the aircon was exceptionally good.

La zona è adorabile e Venezia bellissima.
Il bagno in camera è nuovo e confortevole, la stanza grande e arredata con quanto necessario.
Non è stato possibile lasciare i bagagli, nemmeno in un angolino, dopo il check-out.
Sono stata avvertita di lavori alla caldaia durante una mattinata, ma quando sono rientrata ho scoperto che i lavori prevedevano l’ingresso alla mia stanza senza che nessuno mi avesse avvertito.
Le porte delle stanze sono un po’ vecchie e non danno l’impressione di solidità.
Il Wi-Fi non prende bene in stanza. Il mio telefono non riusciva ad agganciarsi, il computer saltava.
Non si può usare la cucina.
