Location, room size
Unfortunately, no crockery or cutlery made it hard to butter our toast after using the provided toaster - & no cutlery made it tricky when our Uber Eats arrived

Proximity to civic theatre was great. Seamless check in.
Behind the bedside tables and under the bed were dirty. There were a pair of someone’s slippers under one of the beds and old sultanas, & other yucky items visible under the bed. This is basic cleaning & was disappointing to discover when I dropped my key and had to look under the bed.

Location was good. Room was large and comfortable.
The slower leaked badly flooding the bathroom. No staff in the office to advise of the problem. The TV had an error message flashing on it which despite advising the staff nothing was done to rectify it. and had to watch TV with a very annoying flashing message distracting the view.
