The location was fabulous. right next to the pathway along the river. The room was large with plenty of space. The staff were very friendly and kindly accommodated a friend leaving a bicycle for me.
There was an odour in the room, which was overpowered by air freshener on arrival but it came on strongly on the second day.

The location on the river is sublime. Could see the trees next to the river and woke listening to the raucous and beautiful sound of cockies and corellas say good morning. Easy to access the river walk and to walk into town.
Also the staff were very very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Everything felt easy.
The rooms have a code rather than a key - we kept losing it, but this was a minor thing and once we took a photo and had it on our phone we were fine.
