Spotlessly clean, lovely pool area. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels. The staff we super efficient and on hand to help at anytime of the day/night. The food at the pool side bar was delicious and very cheap. I would definitely come back to Narcis again if I was staying in Alanya.

This Apart Hotel was in an excellent location. The beds were comfortable and daily cleaning was an option. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything. The pool was good to cool down but very busy. Staff were lovely and always ready to help.
Wifi was not great No living room area, we missed having somewhere comfortable to sit. Street traffic could be quite noisy,

Huoneisto oli erittäin siisti ja henkilökunta avuliasta. Toisen makuuhuoneen ilmastointilaitteen hajoaminen myöhään illalla hoidettiin erittäin nopeasti - pääsimme siirtymään toiseen huoneistoon.
Hotelli sijaitsee keskeisellä ja rauhallisella paikalla - ei niin tavallinen yhdistelmä.

We got the wonderful impressions from this apart hotel in Alanya. The staff of the hotel is absolutely amazing, polite, mannerly, helpful and friendly. It was pleasure to live in this hotel. Another important point for us - constant cleanliness during our accommodation. We had all required kitchen staff for comfortable living. During our stay we hadn't any problem.
