Great value for money for a business trip but a cheap hotel for a vacation.

Classic socialist type cheap "Complete" breakfast. Lazy staff.

Better food and cleaner floor.

the receptionists don’t speak english, you have to pay for the parking, you cannot pay with credit card, the breakfast is poor and they don’t clean your room.

One of the best position in Sozopol & good value for money

We stayed there from 26 july untill 1 august 2022, second time in Sozopol & hopfully not the last. The position of the hotel is great: you can see from the balcony & the terrace the Central Beach. The hotel is above the cliff, so the view is one of a kind. The stuff is ok, you can understand with them with 2 of them who speak a little/poor english. But the fact is that they are helpfull & if you are optimistic & ok with them you'll get along just fine. The hotel has a small parking in front of it, we found a place for my car there is usefull for luggages, etc The AC in the room was usefull 'cause the outside temlerature was so high in the middle of the day & at night. The breakfast is average but the waitress was kind enough to offer us some kind of supliment from the house🍯🍱🍝🍛🥘🍳. Thanks again👍 There's also an elevator if you're tired or have a lot of stuff to carry on & you don't wanna take the stairs... Hope I'll chech in there again. Cheers from Romania.

For a 3* stars hotel is just fine, the position is tip top, so I will not try to find inperfections when that's not the case.

Pleasant

The view was amazing and the beds were really comfortable.

It was dirty and there was dust. The bed sheets were with holes and there were stains on them.

3 min walk to great beach

Location, views, cleanliness, kind people. Would stay there again.

All good. Maybe breakfast can be a bit better, if you don't go earlier.

The location

Had to clean the bathroom for 40min, just to take a shower, hair, sand, and some other fluids were found around in the bathroom.

Nice view but very noisy and zero customer experience.

The hotel is located on a cliff above the sea. It's also very close to the center of the town and to the old town of Sozopol. View is nice as well and the size of the rooms is spacious. Breakfast was simple with little options but was good.

Booking an apartment with balcony and sea view got us only 1/3 of a sea view. The apartment was very very noisy. Because of the location you hear everything very loudly - if someone is talking on the street, when someone is screaming in the next hotel, when another guest is opening their doors. The rooms were not well cleaned, there were cigarette buds on the balcony from previous guests. Towels and sheets had holes in them, AC had Band-Aids holding it open and the fridge looked super rusty and dirty. We were told we cannot have breakfast on the restaurant's balcony and have to stay inside while other guests were allowed to do so in front of us. I'm sorry but your location is not good enough for you not to improve on anything and have zero customer service.

Fair price

The location and the view are awesome! The room was spacious.

The beds were rather uncomfortable. The view is awesome, however with it comes the noise from the night life as well. We couldn’t sleep well. The rooms are spacious and clean, however the cleaning lady only changes toiletries and towels, they didn’t really clean. The breakfast was fine, the bread could have been better or toasted. The drinks were terrible.

I would never return.

The only good thing was the location.

It was extremely dirty. There were not enough parking places at the hotel. The wi-fi was did not have any coverage. But maybe the worst thing was the breakfast.

There better to book rooms by phone and not on booking com

Below the hotel is the sea. the view from the window is beautiful. The wait staff are very helpful. The hotel has its own restaurant above the rocks. The evening was wonderful there. The food was good. The terrace offered a wonderful view of the beach and old Sozopol.

Cons: 9 days before, we had booked parking in the booking.com. The hotel has confirmed parking. But ... When we arrived, there was no parking. They said that all the seats are taken. Instead of two local beds, we were given 2 separate beds, poorly pushed together. We slept badly. The sharp edges of the mattresses in the center of the bed interfered.

Poor

We went on a summer vacation for 4 nights. The hotel has a perfect location next to the sea and that is all positive I can say about it. Be aware that if you don't book a parking spot in advance there will be no possible parking around the hotel. When we arrived one person from the hotel proposed to "help" us find a parking spot in the nearest parking because only with his help we would be able to park there. We paid 10lv for his assistance... The breakfast was small quantity and bed quality and you are not allowed to eat outside in the terrace. Only drinking coffee is okay. The room was dirty and even when we asked for cleaning they didn't change the towels. One of the days we had the "pleasure" of hearing how the manager was screaming to the cock. The service that they are providing is in my opinion at a very low level.
