The welcome was exceptional from Donia. The location is lovely and relaxing with great facilities. The restaurant dinner was lovely.
The garden area could be better maintained, it’s has great potential to be really beautiful.

Room was large and beds were comfortable.
Staff at check in were very friendly
The bathroom sealant had black mould in many places, and felt dirty, so we avoided.
The curtain hooks at the rail were broken and gaping, letting in light.
Paper cups for hot drinks, with wood stirrers and and instant coffee sachets was not luxurious.
Pool temperature was reported at 24 degrees, which is a bit too cool for comfort.
Staff at checkout did not ask how our stay was.

Location was pretty by a lake in a pretty village
The room was small, looked rather tired. The ceiling was quite low and sloping.
The terrace was a lovely environment but the food was disappointing.
We ordered fresh tuna; it was undercooked and lacking in flavour. Seemed to have been cooked straight from the freezer. The swimming pool was too small for the number of guests.
