I like thé location, thé staff were very helpful and friendly , thé room was clean . And the wifi and breakfast were very good also .
I didn’t like the bathroom looks old . They should renovate them a bit .

Great location, in the most turistic spot of Cartagena, great staff, great attention, and good room with AC, Smart TV and a convenient Fridge.
Right what we expected
It was impossible to reach them by phone or message before arrival, but they solved all of our inquiries as we finally got there.
Room was a little bit noisy outside at night and the shower doesn't have hot water (but it is very common in many hotels in this area)

The hotel is located in a great area of downtown. Quite honestly that is the only benefit to this place. The breakfast is minimal. You get a chose of cereal, fruit, bread, and scrambled eggs with coffee or juice. The room is okay, beds were not that comfortable but not the worse. The shower did not get hot in my room, the water didn't drain properly so you get a poodle as you shower. The waterhead itself needed to be replaced. They do not accommodate early check in as most hotels do in Bocagrande. I arrived at 1pm and had to wait until 3pm. The staff was great. They do have a minibar that is decently priced (gatorade at market is 2900 hotel 4000), so that was convenient to save a trip to the market. Housekeeping is available every day. I usually stay at OZ Hotel Luxury but decided to go with a budget hotel and I soon realized my mistake in doing this. I would compare it to a Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn if you are from the United States. Overall I would give it a 5/10. It was so uncomfortable my gf went home every night lol
