the breakfast was for us little cheap. the hotel and the rooms were good for what we paid. staff was very good.
the breakfast was to cheap, and the wifi on our stay wasn't that good on the 4th floor

Staff treatment. Shout out to Maria Alejandra and Xavier. Genuine care, and always willing to help, really help. Their kindness is something that's actually hard to believe. How there's still people with this kind of care for others? Definitely, customer service at this hotel is just next level.
Washroom features is definitely something I'd keep an eye on as they make look the washroom not very clean and old. Fix the toilet paper hanger properly for instance, or the fact that the sink faucet was kind of loose, get a newer shower head...
