The location.
Friendly staff at restaurant
The pool
The checkout at 10 am, com’on, practically throw us out
Sending the luggage pick up and the cleaners 10 min before 10am. I mean seriously…
The food is basic and not appetizing.
The bicycle breaking in middle of the day.
Bed is not comfortable

Location is nice, view as well. A bit further away but you know that when you book.
The food wasn’t good. Waited a long time (they forgot) and then got something else then what we ordered and that wasn’t good.
Shower was not really hot.
