We had a great one-night stay at Hotel Arezzo ASC. The family room was very spacious and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the proper swimming pool - perfect if you actually want to swim rather than just relax in the water. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The only minor downside is that the hotel is a little further from the old city centre, but this was not a problem for us as we had a car.
