Location quiet but very central. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Quality of fittings and furnishings.
Only plastic and paper cups provided in rooms. Prefer ceramic.

The location is fantastic, just a few minutes walk from the train station and the airport bus stop, and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and bars. We stayed in a standard "Double or Twin Room", which was exceptionally spacious, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The bathroom, especially the walk‑in shower, was excellent. Breakfast was also very good. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to Simona at reception, who was super helpful - thank you.
It's hard to think of any negatives.
