Location was good. Check-in was good.
- Very low amount of hot water, not enough for two showers the same day which is not enough when it is a triple studio.
- No shower gel/soap, not sure if we had misunderstood that it would be there.
- Someone who presented themselves as “the owner” locked when confronted and walked into the room at 10:30 in the morning and when he saw us, he immediately went out again. I do not understand why he did not message us first if he wanted to check something and he knows he has guests but it made us feel unsafe and also that our belongings were not safe in a locked apartment. We also had seen indications that someone had been in the apartment the day before when we were out, because the lockbox code was different than when we left and the key was also put differently than where we left it.
- A lot of water in the fridge and it was also unstable, wobbling from side to side.
- The shower towels were the hardest and driest that I have seen. It is about time to get some new ones.
