We loved our stay here! It's actually a B&B, and includes a small common area, coffee pods and a milk frother is included along with tea, water, milk and juices. They also have some baked goods delivered to your door very early fresh from a bakery. We choose the ham/cheese sandwiches and croissants. There is a little oven to heat things up.
The room was very clean, had an air conditioner, and even a small fridge. The host was very welcoming and helpful throughout the whole stay.
There was a strange smell coming from the bathroom - probably the pipes. The beds were a bit hard on my back, but my partner seemed okay. There is a bar downstairs that is a bit noisy even with the windows closed.

Muy cerca à la station de trenes y a una parada del metro , restaurantes muy cerca y muy seguro aun en la noche
El check out es bastante temprano Aunque Elena es muy flexible y siempre dispuesta a ayudar

Location.
Old shower head. A/C on a non-stopping mode. Faint sewage odor in the bathroom. No English speaker.

Elena was great! Helped us with everything we needed! The apartment is very close to the train station and walking distance from colosseum. The metro and bus stations are also very close.
The breakfast is good: have a sandwich and a croissant but it can be better. The sandwich is always a lot of ham and cheese, nothing more, nothing else.
The room is very hot and the air conditioner doesn't work very well
