A one-in-a lifetime amazing experience not to be missed. Rustic, peaceful, beautiful, private, quiet, delicious meals served at your own front deck.
It was an adventure to get there. 3 hours by car then another hour by boat. Bring gravol if you get motion sickness on the mountain roads.

Location is awesome, Right above the water to jump in at any time. Snorkeling can be done at the „house riff“ under the cabanas. Staff was very helpful and food was great (3 meals are served daily). There is a tour planned everyday to different islands. Also a nice beach (and bar) just around the corner.
We went there with the expectation of a remote island location - so we loved everything about it.
If you don’t expect anything different (high level of comfort or choices of food) you will love it too.

The staff and location are fantastic. They cooked our meals and they were great - especially a couple of meals of fresh caught lobster and crab! They took us out for boat excursions each day that included other great islands and natural swimming pools. All made for an excellent stay.
We have stayed at a number of rustic cabanas during our travels and this one was as advertised. However, there are a few small things that would make it better
1. A shower nozzle with a spray instead of a hose like stream of water
2. A simple mirror! Helps with putting in contact lens, shaving, makeup, etc.
3. A paint job over some really rough looking areas like the bathroom and balcony tables would help spruce things up a bit
4. There is quite a bit of garbage building up around the island - would be very nice to see this taken care of
